Delivery Cost
We keep it simple! We offer a flat rate shipping fee of £15 for nationwide delivery of all items in our online shop (this excludes Scottish highlands, the Channel Islands and Ireland – prices for carriage to these areas can be obtained by contacting us first).
As standard for smaller items under (30kg) we use ParcelForce’s next working day (mon-fri) delivery service. This is a tracked delivery service that requires a signature. Saturday delivery is also available for an additional £8. If you require Saturday delivery please contact us to make arrangements.
Bespoke orders of larger items which require a specialist delivery service will be quoted on an individual bases. The cost will depend on size of item and delivery location.
Delivery Time
All items are handmade to order but we aim to deliver as quickly as possible, usually within 3-4 weeks but sometimes sooner! As soon as your item is ready you will receive an email informing you when to expect delivery, at this point you will have the opportunity to specify an alternative day if required. Bespoke orders may take slightly longer but this will be discussed with you during the quoting process.
If you wish to collect your items you are of course welcome to do so. Collection is available from our workshop in Warwickshire.
Additional Information
Particularly for large items please let us know about any access problems you may have, whether it be a door width or vehicle access.
We have a 98% success rate but in the unfortunate event that your item is damaged in transit please contact us straight away and we will arrange to rectify or replace any damaged items at no additional cost to you and with as little inconvenience to you as possible.
Dimensions
All dimensions given are of the widest points. As it is handmade it can vary slightly. Please double check the space planned for your furniture to ensure it will fit.
